We have a very small program called UltraVNC that you can download here that allows us to remotely control your Windows computer (after you let us in, of course). It's slick and very easy.

You can watch as we move around your desktop and assist you with just about anything. When we are done, we disconnect and will not be able to reconnect to your computer unless you invite us in again later.

For those interested, UltraVNC is free and is distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public Licence.
